Okay! So where have I been for the last few weeks? Gone of course. But I've been playing Monster Hunter Portable 2nd G! (Long name, I know). If you support the MH series, you should buy the UMD from Japan and read up on how to apply the English patch since it's not coming to the U.S., shame isn't it? I've taken a lot of ingame screen shots, they're not really of the epic sort, I don't take good shots and I always leave up the hub which kind of ruins the view but at least you'll see a lot of dead animals. Wooo.

Here's the loading screen we have to encounter. If you're new to the game you'll eventually figure out what all the tiny tribal symbols are. If you're not new to the series you'll recognize some, and the new dark area added to the right are the new wyverns and map areas.

Next are my chef cats! They cook for me and give me extra health, more stamina..... stomachaches and headaches..... and so on. The bigger the chef hat the higher the level cat. I ended firing my purple cat. He's didn't match the rest of my cats very well. :(

Haha that wasn't the main reason though, he just sucked and didn't give me very good felyne skills when I went on quests. So... FIRED.

This is in the Pokke farm... the bug tree where you hammer the tree for bugs.... and well I failed, you see my character huffing and puffying like a lame-o. Enjoy the crotch shot from this scandalous Naruto ninja armor. Hard to believe that the less it covers the more defense it gives you. It's true for all games. All of them!

On to the wyvern killing. This is a silver los (Rathalos). He's a mean one, just look at his face.

Haha... kidding.. Of course I didn't solo any of those, I'm not very good... which is why I only use hunting horns and hammers occasionally. I get help from these big boys, G and Snake. That's right... his name is Snake. (*Insert MGS Cries for Snake*). This is us waiting in the guild hall. We're using ad hoc mode with a program called Xlink Kai. You can also use Ad Hoc Party on the PS3 to link your PSP to play with people online.

Weeee! Another new map. And a nice blinding white flash from a pair of duals on a Naruga Karuga. That's his name... this weird Gryffin Panther looking monster.

Here we are in Yamatsukami, the giant Octopus "Dragon" with human teeth. He ate us, so we're in his mouth. Om nom nom ;__; No exaggeration. He will suck the life out of you. Without the Survival skill it's an insta kill move.

Next, off to more dead monsters!
